Shipping & Handling Fees
Within India – We offer Free Shipping on all orders over INR 2,000. If the order value is below this, a Shipping and Handling Fee of INR 100 will be charged at the time of checkout.
International Shipping– For international orders shipping charge based on the products and country we ship to. Further note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Pls get in touch with us at email@example.com to know shipping and customs charges for your country.
This depends on the type of product and location. Some products are made-to-order and have a longer processing time. Normally we process the orders in 3-5 working days except for Bespoke services where execution may take longer.
We dispatch our products from Monday to Friday (excluding Indian public holidays), and it takes another 3 to 5 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. For international orders the delivery time may vary between 15-18 days. As soon as we ship your order, you will begin to receive notifications about the status of your package.
We stand behind the products we curate & create. However, if
- You are not happy with the order
- Have received an incomplete/wrong order OR
- Believe your product is defective,
Please contact us so we can make things right.
In case of a defect or wrong order
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and return it within 10 days
- Your item must be unused and the labels as well as packaging should be intact
- We may request you to share images of the product in question to understand your concerns and address them in the best possible manner.
In case you have a change of heart and no longer want the product, we will be happy to refund the money after deducting the shipping charges for return. Such a request needs to be raised within 48 hours of receipt and the return must be processed within 10 days.
In case of certain products returns are not accepted by vendors unless there is a defect. Pls refer to the specific product listing to understand if the product is returnable or not.
No returns will be entertained on Bespoke/personalized products unless the error was the vendor’s mistake. We recommend you read the product specific return policy on the product detail page on our website before placing an order.
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your product on firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you.
Once our team has contacted you regarding your replacement/return request, you will be asked to ship the product back to us at the address below:

Replacements/returns are to be shipped at the expense of the buyer.
On receipt of the product in original condition, we will refund the full amount (excluding the shipping charges, duties and taxes if applicable) back to your account in 10 to 15 working days.
You may change/cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, please get in touch with our team by calling +91 9591871445 or email us at email@example.com with your order details as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
